CAZAUX ROTORFLEX proposes options for your wine pump
–Pressure switch for your wine pump (Ø40, 50 and 70). The pump is automatically controlled by the nozzle for barrel filling. This option is only available with electronic regulator pumps.
-Kit butterfly valve. It allows on automatic closing of the valve in case of a power failure (time max. of closing 7 to 15 seconds) Exists with motor or pneumatic action. Outlet Ø50, 70 or 100mm.
The pneumatic kit permits an immediate closing of the valve for an immediate stop of the transfer. Interesting option when filling tank. Compressed air required.
-100% stainless steel pressure regulator with manometer. Indispensable for your wine or alcohol filtration. The regulator is connected to Ø40 mm and Ø50mm pumps with in-line fittings. Regulator for Ø40, 50 and 70mm.
-Vibrating reed option: security against dry running, to protect your CAZAUX pump. Available with electronic regulators. For DN 40, 50 and 70.
-Remote control, for electronically controlled pumps. Forward and reverse at variable speed. Reach until 150m, IP67. Operating temperatures: -20°C to 50°C. 18 frequencies. Only available on new CAZAUX pumps.
-Wired remote control: from 10 to 30 meters cable.
-Stainless steel by-pass valve, this option is only available on OENOFLEX pumps 100 and 200 series.
-Tactile display controller, only for your LOB and DOUBLEXC pump.
-Radio Blue 4 kW: on/off/reversal, power 4kW, 400 V, IP66, plug 156A, electropolish support, 10 meters cable.
-Automatic assembler: Designed to facilitate and improve reliability for the assembly of several tanks (2,3,4,5…). Once the volume of each started tank programmed in the automation system, the valves and the electromagnetic flowmeter take care of changing tanks for you.
-wall-mounted float box: 4kW with power supply cable 3 meters and 5-meters float cable with counterweights 24V control, 16A outlet. Manual/automatic mode.

-Dosing peristatic pump (DOSA PRED) for the incorporation of your oenological inputs. Peristatic pump with flexible rubber hose for working pressures up to 8 bars. The flow varies from 30 to 300 Gal US/h (140 to 1200Hl/h). Batch mode: by introducing a predetermined quantity, the pump starts and stops once the transferred quantity is reached. Equipped with a rotary encoder. Continuous flow: the instantaneous flow is detected and adjustable according your needs.
-DOSA PRED HP. Synchronization of the flow rate of the dosing pump depending on the instant wine flow. Allows precise incorporation of fluids into the wine before the bottling line. Mode “manual” possibility to inverse the direction of pumping over and to vary speed. Mode “automatic”: the dosing flow automatically adapts to the flow of the wine and to choosen dose. A precision electromagnetic flowmeter is integrated in order to control the quality of the dosing realized.
-Feeding hopper for lobular pumps with solids detection sensor. Perfect for passing your grapes throw the LOB pump. Ref SH LOB200/300 and SH LOB600/1000

-Cazflot, for a clarification of the must. For flotation, manufactured with saturation group, 2 peristatic pumps, 1 prefilter and an electrical box. Cazflot 1: flow treatment 2’600 Gal US/h (100hl/h). Cazflot 3: flow for treatment 7’900 Gal US/h.
– Helico-centrifugal pumps 316L for pumping over. To be fixed on a tank. From 2’600 et 7’900 Gal US/h. 1400 rpm
-ATEX pumps : Oenoflex and LOB. Designed and manufactured according to the ATEX standards. Category 3G zone 2.
